The quality is expensive for the price. The ingredients are good. I would highlight two things: the caponata salad for its special touch and the floating island dessert for its originality and great flavor. The service was very attentive.

I absolutely fell in love with **Le Petit Grill Basque**, on Rue Saint-Jacques in Saint-Jean-de-Luz. The cuisine is authentic, generous, and perfectly executed, showcasing Basque products with great finesse.
The welcome is warm, the setting has retained all its charm, and every dish exudes a passion for the craft. It's easy to see why this restaurant is a favorite among many Michelin-starred chefs. A must-visit for all lovers of good food. I highly recommend it and return regularly.
