Ocean Coffee Bar sur Saint-Jean-De-Luz

Bocata was one of my favorite coffee stops in Saint-Jean-de-Luz. I had the best noisette there — beautifully made, smooth, rich, and just perfect. It became one of those little places I was genuinely happy to return to. Wonderful coffee, a lovely atmosphere, and such a memorable part of my time in Saint-Jean-de-Luz. I would absolutely come back. ☕️❤️

Delicious! The food was flavorful and plentiful, reasonably priced, and the service was friendly and welcoming. We ordered the daily special (minced beef with basil and lightly spiced fried rice) and the Bahn Mi pork dumplings. What a treat! Thank you again for recommending the cookie, which lived up to our expectations! If you're ever in the area, don't hesitate, go for it!

Yum! I had the plat du jour karage bowl. Was delicious. Maybe a little too much rice and too little sauce but overall very good. We also had the banh mi pork belly, which was also good. The homemade ice tea was very refreshing.

Very good iced latte and the cake with polenta is amazing!

This is my third time back for lunch, and this time without my wife, who was busy with family responsibilities. Everything is made on-site, so you have to arrive early because the dishes sell out very quickly. They offer regional dishes, with an Asian twist on reimagined Bánh Mì. The menu changes daily depending on what's available at the market. The establishment is enjoying great and well-deserved success. In the evening, we dine at Pluviôse, the small Basque grill, or Arotzenia, but lunch is sacred—it's Bocata.

Bocata in Saint-Jean-de-Luz is a delightful little spot! The owner is super friendly, the staff are smiling, the atmosphere is chill… and the sandwiches are amazing. The prices are very reasonable, so go for it! If you're ever in the area, don't hesitate, it's a winner! 💛🔥

A fantastic spot for lunch in Saint-Jean-de-Luz! The service is quick and friendly, and the food is fresh, homemade, and of excellent quality. We were on our lunch break and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves: an authentic Bành Mi, reminiscent of those we'd had in Vietnam, followed by a delicious homemade dessert. A convivial atmosphere and flavorful cuisine—we highly recommend it! We can't wait for them to open in the evening. 😉 Nhi and Milan

A very friendly place, perfect for lunch! We were served quickly and everything was fresh and delicious! Everything is homemade, the service is very pleasant, and a special mention goes to the superb desserts. We'll be back if we're ever in the area!
