A reservation for 10 people for a birthday. Not too long a wait, very good service, excellent and plentiful dishes. All the plates were empty. We will come back 😊

“Too” hearty meal, the size of the steak in the hamburgers is huge (stuffed with cheese), however very good, we took the leftovers home and had a second meal! Reasonable price with good products.

On the banks of the Allier, summer is even better because you can eat on the terrace right by the water. I ate a very good tab with salad fries and my son had a delicious homemade burger. The price-quality ratio is very good.

Chez Mémère est un excellent restaurant avec une cuisine délicieuse. Notre expérience a été encore meilleure grâce notre serveuse. Elle était souriante et nous a offert un service impeccable. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant pour sa cuisine et la qualité de son service !

16/11/2025: A wonderful experience after a long walk along the banks of the Allier River. We received a very warm welcome, with smiles despite the late hour. We enjoyed a delicious salad and delightful desserts: their crepe cake is divine! There's a view of the Allier from the dining room, and in the summer there's a large terrace. I highly recommend this excellent place!

L'Atmosphere

19/01/2026: We'd already been in May... we loved being on the banks of the Allier River, the dishes catered for all tastes (three generations), and the welcome was so friendly. We came for a day in Vichy for the Christmas lights and booked again... I was a little worried it might be less pleasant in winter... pleasantly surprised... the blankets on the chairs, the heating system on the enclosed terrace... it was really lovely. The atmosphere and service were just as enjoyable... and everyone loved the meal.
