Nice restaurant in a pleasant setting. It's a shame we couldn't enjoy the terrace by the water... reservations were required... I tried to make one, but there was no one to answer the phone.

A lovely setting right on the river. We had a delicious meal and were able to sit down immediately without a reservation. The portions were very generous and incredibly tasty. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed a fantastic meal with good white wine.
I had an excellent steak and my wife had a delicious cheese fondue.
The service was perfect, and we were delighted to get a table with such a lovely ambiance by the river.
The neighboring restaurant turned us away at 8:30 pm, even though they had tables available. If we are ever in the beautiful and friendly city of Vichy again, we will definitely come back here.

Nice restaurant by the water.
Fast service, pleasant and smiling staff. The frog legs were good, but not the best I've ever had; they were a bit too greasy and not seasoned enough (hence the 4 stars).

We had a reservation for 12:00, there were eight of us, and we arrived at 11:55.
We asked the manager where our table was, and she curtly replied that it wasn't her responsibility.
While going to the restroom, I overheard a conversation in which she stated that she wasn't our "servant" and that, moreover, we had arrived early.
We had frequented this establishment before; the atmosphere has changed drastically. We are very disappointed and will avoid this place.
This person should quickly consider a career change to another field, one that doesn't involve working with the public. In my opinion, she is no longer suited to this position.
