A wonderful discovery! The menu changes regularly and features fresh ingredients. We opted for the pressed ham hock and the sliced ​​beef—delicious! 07/10/2026: The food was excellent. I had pork ribs with mashed potatoes and homemade BBQ sauce. The meat was incredibly tender and shredded easily, and the sauce was perfectly balanced—not too sweet or too salty. I devoured every last bite. For dessert, I had French toast with a scoop of ice cream. It was delicious! 😋 The server was very friendly and gave an estimated preparation time. A little wait is perfectly fine when the food is of such high quality. Thank you to the chef and his infectious enthusiasm! 😊

03/08/2026: The salmon galette was excellent, and the crêpe #11 with pears, chocolate, whipped cream, and almonds was perfect. All accompanied by rosé cider. Highly recommended.
