If I could give 10 stars, I would without hesitation! An absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The evening concept with the blind tasting menu is truly brilliant; you're completely surprised, and each dish was a real discovery. Everything was delicious, refined, and bursting with flavor… We savored every single plate! 🤩 The team was just as fantastic! Welcoming, attentive, and passionate. It really makes all the difference and makes the experience even more memorable. A wonderful discovery, both for the food and the concept and atmosphere. We will definitely return if we're ever in the area again, and we recommend it 1000%! 🥳

Excellent lunch yesterday, good food, good team, good atmosphere...

We were already familiar with this restaurant, but it was the first time we tried their new blind tasting concept, and we loved it! The idea is original: you simply choose the number of courses and are surprised with each course. All the dishes were excellent, prepared with top-quality ingredients, and each plate was a true discovery. A big thank you also to the entire team, who are welcoming, friendly, and very attentive. They take into account our preferences and dietary restrictions, the service is seamless, with no waiting, and the experience is truly enjoyable from beginning to end. An excellent idea for something out of the ordinary. We highly recommend this restaurant!

The food wasn't simply placed on a plate; it was expertly prepared and accompanied by sauces that gave the dish exceptional flavor. We dined on the terrace on a Saturday evening and opted for the five-course tasting menu. An exquisite experience. The service was relaxed and friendly, provided by a very pleasant and attentive duo. The dishes were delicious. The dishes were both simple and precise, with bold flavors and perfect seasoning and cooking (crisp white asparagus and citrus-infused cream cheese/just-cooked mackerel with old-fashioned mustard cream, spiced carrot purée, onions, carrots, and crisp cabbage/ perfectly cooked hake with broad beans, peas, and sweet Japanese mushrooms) and wonderfully surprising on the palate when you savor the whole meal. Special mention goes to the barley risotto with its truly flavorful mussel espuma. In short, a place you absolutely must discover! Thank you to the chef and his team for this excellent experience.
