Visiting Fougères for the weekend, we were delighted by the evening's surprise menu concept. Excellent service from a dynamic and friendly duo. The presentation of the dishes was elegant, and the portions were exquisite and generous! A chance to experience something out of the ordinary at a reasonable price.

We discovered this restaurant during our weekend in Fougères. We chose it for its "no menu, blind tasting" concept. We had a wonderful time, discovering exquisite, high-quality dishes with beautiful presentation. Excellent value for money, with generous portions to boot. The welcome and service were provided by a smiling, dynamic, and friendly duo.

We arrived with a group of about 15 people, and the service was pleasant and efficient... a very friendly welcome. And the food was truly delicious; everything was homemade! (Spanish spoken)

I really enjoyed the blind tasting concept; it was a delightful surprise, both in terms of presentation and taste. From the original and delicious summer gin cocktail to the beautiful starter and perfectly cooked fish, the team truly spoiled us. The welcome was warm and relaxed; I highly recommend it.

A wonderful discovery during our short stay in Fougères. A warm welcome, attentive service, and a big smile that made everything so enjoyable. The blind tasting menu is simply brilliant! The seasoning of the dishes is excellent, and the fish is cooked to perfection. You can taste the love for local produce and quality ingredients in every dish. Thank you for this lovely evening! The evening concept with the blind tasting menu is truly brilliant; you're completely surprised, and each dish was a real discovery. Everything was delicious, refined, and bursting with flavor… We savored every single plate! 🤩 The team was just as fantastic! Welcoming, attentive, and passionate. It really makes all the difference and makes the experience even more memorable. A wonderful discovery, both for the food and the concept and atmosphere. We will definitely return if we're ever in the area again, and we recommend it 1000%! 🥳

Excellent lunch yesterday, good food, good team, good atmosphere...

We were already familiar with this restaurant, but it was the first time we tried their new blind tasting concept, and we loved it! The idea is original: you simply choose the number of courses and are surprised with each course. All the dishes were excellent, prepared with top-quality ingredients, and each plate was a true discovery. A big thank you also to the entire team, who are welcoming, friendly, and very attentive. They take into account our preferences and dietary restrictions, the service is seamless, with no waiting, and the experience is truly enjoyable from beginning to end. An excellent idea for something out of the ordinary. We highly recommend this restaurant!
