Amazing pizza: thin crust, large pizza, generously topped and perfectly seasoned. Friendly service. 2026 Update: Always a pleasure to come here! We're always well received, even our timid dog. The charcuterie is very good. As for the pizzas (a Royale and a Calzone for us today), they're worth the trip! See you next time!

We had dinner at Paulo's and received a very warm welcome. The charcuterie was plentiful and of high quality, our dishes were carefully prepared and delicious, and the Corsican cheese was excellent. A wonderful experience; we will gladly return.

We ate. The tartare was bland and served without egg or salad (extra charge). The quantity was sufficient. The calzone was sparsely garnished, and the mixed salad was nothing special. The service was limited to the bare minimum.

We had a wonderful evening. The service was cheerful and impeccable. And the meal was excellent. The veal sauté was delicious. The meat melted in your mouth. And the chocolate mousse was to die for. The pizzas also looked very good. We highly recommend it and hope to return to try the Corsican linguini. Thank you for this evening.

Restaurant looks more appetizing than it is. I found the pizza to be extremely salty and a bit expensive for what it is, which is a shame.

19/09/2025: It's a permanent van with tables and a counter. The tables are set in a clearing but have a sea view. The pizza is good. The service is friendly and courteous. The price is fair.
26/08/2025: We had a great time tonight. Amazing pizza, a real treat, and a very warm welcome. A very pretty little pizzeria with a very charming little exterior (doesn't look like the photo). I recommend it :)
