Amazing pizza: thin crust, large pizza, generously topped and perfectly seasoned. Friendly service. 2026 Update: Always a pleasure to come here! We're always well received, even our timid dog. The charcuterie is very good. As for the pizzas (a Royale and a Calzone for us today), they're worth the trip! See you next time!

Simply magical! Hospitality, conviviality, and fun made for a wonderful New Year's Eve. Try the pizzas, the Corsican-style linguists—everything is fresh, well-served, and cooked with the desire to share a fantastic time with you. We had dinner at Paulo's and received a very warm welcome. The charcuterie was plentiful and of high quality, our dishes were carefully prepared and delicious, and the Corsican cheese was excellent. A wonderful experience; we will gladly return.

Restaurant looks more appetizing than it is. I found the pizza to be extremely salty and a bit expensive for what it is, which is a shame.

A lovely location in the historic center with a lovely outdoor terrace. The very friendly waiter served us without any problems. The thin-crust pizza with diced mozzarella/cheese was overall quite good. The €21 menu included a cold cuts platter, veal stew, and crème caramel, all quite good. The waiter's friendliness and helpfulness made up for the dishes' shortcomings.

04/09/2024: Warm welcome, we spent a very good evening at Andrée and Ghjulia's, generous and very good cuisine! the service run by Andrée is friendly and pleasant. Ghjulia took the time to come and chat with us. We will come back!
03/09/2024: Excellent evening in an alley in the heart of Ajaccio. Typical dishes, hearty with fresh produce, and simply delicious (zucchini fritters, spaghetti with prawns and penne with scallops and zucchini). Staff who listen to their customers while preserving their authenticity.

Bar Le Gavroche

07/10/2024: The lasagna was a real treat! Friendly servers and a fairly cozy atmosphere.
03/10/2024: 5 stars because I couldn't give 6... 8 of us arrived loaded like mules. Le Gavroche welcomed us and offered to store our bags and suitcases in a back room. What can I say about the menu, certainly tastes and colors vary but I was salivating from the start. The result was much better than my expectations, I ordered the Corsica Burger and it was delicious! If I had to offer you a meal in Ajaccio it would be at Gavroche, if I had to offer you a crepe in Ajaccio it would be at Gavroche. Thank you for this moment! ❤️
