The beans: Meltingly tender, perfectly cooked and flavorful, they're neither too firm nor mushy. The meat: The Toulouse sausage is flavorful and of high quality, and the coudenat (a type of sausage) provides the essential binding agent for a great cassoulet. The dish has that perfect texture, beautifully browned on top, with a rich and fragrant sauce that coats everything without being heavy. In addition to delighting our taste buds, the welcome is exceptionally warm. You can feel the love for the local area and the pleasure of sharing the region's culinary heritage. The portions are extremely generous (a treat for those with a big appetite!) and the value for money is unbeatable.
