For my first time in this welcoming restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised by the very warm welcome, the attentive staff, and the simply delicious food. Frankly, I recommend eating at this restaurant and booking in advance.

A lively atmosphere at Youpel. Pie, tarte flambée, everything to please the French from the interior. A good sign is that they have locals who are regulars. The service is always with a smile, and there are plenty of stories to tell. Thank you so much for this experience and all the best!

Sunday lunch. Busy, but that's to be expected. This little restaurant is very popular, and understandably so. The food is excellent, generous, and delicious. The waitress is pleasant and attentive. Go there and remember to book.

A great find in Sélestat! A good, unpretentious place with generous portions of traditional dishes and excellent local wines. Attentive service; Didier, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. A place to remember.

Au Pied De Boeuf

12/03/2026: A wonderful discovery at Pied de Boeuf! Delicious food, generous portions, and above all, everything homemade – a real treat. A special touch was the decorations, brought all the way from Strasbourg for the traditional funfair next door; the atmosphere was fantastic. The service was warm and friendly. We'll definitely be back!
03/03/2026: The sauerkraut was very salty and the sausages were undercooked. The upstairs room isn't very attractive. Surprisingly, they were listening to Radio Azur while we dined! The service was efficient.

24/02/2026: Delicious food! The sauerkraut garnish and Black Agnus burger were excellent! Very child-friendly. One scoop of ice cream had fallen, and we were given a new one without even asking.
10/02/2026: We were treated poorly by another restaurant so coming here was the complete opposite. Despite a small language barrier they provided amazing food and service. Not to mention the price was unbeatable
