The owner is simply exceptional: passionate about his craft, his Corsica, and the island's produce. You can immediately feel this passion in the way he speaks, advises, and shares his love of cooking. And what can we say about the food… a real treat! 🤤 High-quality Corsican products, authentic flavors, and dishes prepared with great passion. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. This isn't just a restaurant where you go to eat: it's a true Corsican experience, a moment of sharing and conviviality.
