A small, typical restaurant we discovered by chance, serving very good, hearty homemade dishes and very pleasant service. We had a great time.

One evening we stumbled upon this little restaurant: it was an exceptional experience and, fortunately, it wasn't a tourist trap. The place is small and has only a few tables, so reservations are recommended. The menu is limited but consists exclusively of local dishes, which the welcoming owner explained to us in perfect Italian. We ate migliaccioli, fegatellu, and ghjaladicciu; everything was excellent!

A slightly different kind of restaurant. A hidden staircase leads to the small room above the shop. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The food is a bit different from the tourist traps at the harbor. It's not the ideal place for families with children, as there's neither a children's menu nor a high chair. But for adults, it's a highly recommended experience.

A magnificent little corner of home in the center of Bastia. The place is small, which is why every customer is treated with the utmost care and feels at home. The owner was incredibly kind, spoke our language, and explained all the dishes on the menu to us. Although the menu is limited, it's all traditional Corsican and beautifully prepared. We spent €30 each and left feeling more than full. If you're looking to try traditional cuisine, this is definitely the place to go, especially since the shop on the floor below the restaurant sells local products, including cured meats made by the owner.

The staff is simply professional, friendly, smiling, and efficient: everything you could wish for when you go to a restaurant! The warm welcome and ambiance make the experience even more enjoyable.
