We walked and walked before finding a decent place without having to pay an exorbitant price… and what a surprise! A superb location, excellent food, excellent servers—what more could you ask for? The children's menu… Not great and not very ambitious… the age limit needs to be reviewed to attract more customers…

As usual... A restaurant that just wants to fill its dining room to maximize profits. We ate in 30 minutes, rushed through! The price-to-quantity ratio is terrible; I was still hungry... The food quality wasn't bad. The service was acceptable, except the servers kept touching the door, letting in a draft... In short, a tourist trap...

Good atmosphere, warm welcome and service despite it being very busy that evening. The dishes are generally good, but we were disappointed with one dish, which is a shame considering the price. However, the rest was good; the duck breast with raspberry sauce was delicious. The porcini mushroom omelet was also very good.

One of the best restaurants I've eaten in. So good, we ate there twice in the five days we were there. Our second visit to Sarlat. And we will go to this restaurant AGAIN/

A beautiful place, with its stone walls and several rooms and terraces. Well-crafted local menus and very friendly service. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and had a wonderful dinner. The kids were thrilled!

10/12/2025: The first thing I want to highlight is the service, which was outstanding. Even though we didn't speak the same language and it took us a little while to understand each other, the staff were absolutely lovely, patient, and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome! Those gestures are worth their weight in gold and make you feel welcome instantly. What's more, we arrived at a busy time, without a reservation, just before the kitchen closed, and they still kindly made room for us and served us a meal. A truly thoughtful touch that we greatly appreciated! Our bill came to about €22 each.
07/12/2025: Dinner for a group of 15 people; all the dishes arrived at the same time. The food was good and the service very friendly. See you soon!

13/01/2026: The place seemed charming, not at all uncomfortable for being on the street. Everything felt very idyllic. We were drawn to the sign advertising different types of tortillas and decided to have dinner and try them. They came out with a side bowl of salad and another of roasted potatoes. The tortillas were very good, especially the mushroom one, and the potatoes were amazing. For dessert... the crème brûlée was also delicious. I would definitely go back for a light dinner with a house wine.
22/10/2025: Pleasant and fast service. The porcini mushroom omelet, served with Sarladaise potatoes, was good. The children's menus remain expensive at €13 and of mediocre quality, for a small minced steak, undercooked fries, and a small industrial strawberry vanilla pot.
