Creperie Du Bas Rocher sur Montlouis-Sur-Loire

We had a great time with friends in this restaurant where life is good. The dishes are good, there is nothing to complain about. Big downside, however, is the Nutella crepe for children which is covered in powdered chocolate, which is not appreciated by all children and therefore not edible (although even adults do not always appreciate these little flourishes.) The service is very correct and cheerful. Too bad there is sometimes a bit of bad faith (telling us that the carafe of water was requested 2 minutes ago when it was requested directly at the aperitif because one of the children only drinks water water (in truth it had been 10 minutes since everyone had an aperitif and the little one was waiting for water..)) and other small details that I no longer necessarily have in mind because I preferred have a good time than to dwell on it because despite everything the service was done in a good mood and we still had a good time and a good meal.

Creperie with a few burgers on the menu. Simple, very good quality, “homemade” cuisine. Enthusiastic, very warm welcome.

While passing through we stopped to eat Excellent crepes at reasonable prices. I will return without hesitation.

Two meals in this restaurant. Very pleasant in summer to eat on the terrace at the foot of the tuffeau rock. The owners are very welcoming and accommodating. I had a burger the first time, a patty and a pancake the second. My preference is the burger. Good Montlouis wines to accompany meals. A friendly place to come with friends or colleagues or family.

The crepes are delicious and the service warm and friendly.

Very good creperie with REAL caramel, real whipped cream. warm and friendly atmosphere. Smile from the boss, very warm welcome. And above all DOG accepted.

Terrific little family creperie. You need to make a reservation, as they are very often full. Go there and you will understand why. Excellent home cooking, friendly service, gourmet portions... We love it and the children demand it!
