Absolutely fantastic! A truly excellent place that I highly recommend. The terrace is shaded and cool. I had the chicken supreme and the apricot dessert. A subtle combination of flavors. I loved it!

Passing between Paris and Angoulême, a very good discovery! Refined and sophisticated cuisine with the option of pickle sorbet to accompany the beef carpaccio. Bravo!

A very good restaurant, but not quite as good as it was two or three years ago: the cuisine is excellent and sophisticated, but the portions are a bit small and the choices are sometimes limited, which is a shame. The setting is still lovely, but the service could be warmer and more welcoming. We'll see how it goes in the future...

The quality of the food is undeniable, from its preparation to its presentation, with a perfect balance of flavors and refined visual precision. But the entire experience is delivered with the cold, funeral-room-like demeanor of the staff, from the initial welcome to the final service. Can't we at least speak to the customer?

A perfect interlude in a truly lovely setting! An affordable menu, semi-gastronomic cuisine (not to say gastronomic), and perfectly paired dishes… a wonderful experience! Bravo to the chef and his dear wife!

We ate at both the Toulon and Montlouis locations, and they were equally delicious 😍😍😍 We ordered the "foodie" menu, which I highly recommend before a walk because it's excellent and very generous!!!! Thank you to Aurore, Yvan (the terrible one), Sandrine, Alyson, Florian, Sacha, and Mathéo. Each of them brings their own personality to this unique place, making it an incredible restaurant!!!
28/08/2026: Fantastic experience in a beautiful and authentic setting. The appetizers were impeccable! The icing on the cake: a lovely, intimate table for two in the restaurant's cellar ❤️
