16/01/2026: We were fortunate enough to discover Thierry Schwartz's restaurant during the holiday season, a moment made all the more precious as my parents had come especially from Ukraine to spend the holidays with us. Everything was absolutely remarkable: the finesse of the dishes, the perfect balance of flavors, the respect for the ingredients, and that emotion one feels when cuisine is sincere and heartfelt. Each plate told a story, with great skill but above all, with a great deal of soul. The welcome and service were on par with the cuisine: warm, attentive, without ever being intrusive. We experienced a timeless moment, one that my parents will cherish for a long time. A rare, genuine, and profoundly human gastronomic experience. Thank you for this unforgettable memory.

02/01/2026: Perfect!!! A truly delightful experience in every way. A genuine Michelin-starred restaurant that lived up to our expectations. The service was impeccable, the setting elegant with its use of fine materials, and the intimate atmosphere was warm and inviting with the fireplace. The cuisine was refined, showcasing the best of local produce. Don't miss the Maréchal des Contades pâté... a delight!!! We Normans will be back; this is a must-visit for us! Thank you all!
