Good cafeteria, easy to access. The food is good, the staff welcoming. Excellent value for money. This is the second time we've stopped here on our trip and we'll be back.

My husband and I love this restaurant. The staff is friendly, welcoming, hardworking, and very attentive to their customers. Unfortunately, the management of this chain leaves the staff at our Crescendo to fend for themselves. There are no guidelines, and overtime is unpaid. This leads to discontent among the staff, high turnover, and numerous resignations! What can be done, and what is management trying to achieve? Close it down, sell it...? A disappointed and angry customer!

Thank you for this lovely family moment. The prices were reasonable and the sauces were delicious. Best of luck to the kitchen and service team; with so many people, it can't always be easy.

Frankly, the cafeteria is very outdated, and the cleanliness isn't great. A thorough cleaning, not just a superficial one, is necessary in the kitchen area. New dishes are also needed. The restrooms also need updating, and something should be done about the smell. The meal itself was decent. The staff was quite pleasant.

04/04/2026: Pretty good, excellent service, and a nice atmosphere.
27/03/2026: We came as a group of three for lunch and ordered the "bouillon" menu; it was perfect, both the service and the food. The chicken was cooked to perfection with homemade fries, and the skate with capers was excellent. The seasonal dessert was delicious. I loved the location, which overlooks a quiet alley with no traffic.

26/04/2026: Overall, a decent stay with a few points for improvement. The room was spacious and very quiet, which was a plus. However, a major drawback was the bedding: the mattress was very uncomfortable, causing back pain and preventing us from sleeping well. This is especially disappointing given that the establishment advertises quality bedding. The door insulation could also be improved. We were also surprised to find our "Do Not Disturb" sign removed twice by the neighboring room, which was inconvenient. We didn't try the breakfast, but having a kettle in the room was a convenient bonus. In short, a decent stay, but the bedding definitely needs to be replaced.
25/04/2026: Clean room, nice bathroom. The place feels like a motel.
