Very good address in Lyon. Everything is perfect. On the other hand, the toilets are "horrible", only one toilet for people with reduced mobility, men, women located in a courtyard near the trash cans. This spoils the overall impression, for a restaurant of this quality.

A Lyonnais cork as we imagine it. I went there as part of a professional group and the service and cuisine were very good. This is an address that I recommend.

As usual we ate very well. It is always with pleasure and a little nostalgia that I return to this place of my youth. The Seguin Daval family business was 300 m from the Charcuterie Alsacienne Woeerlé or young hardware housekeeper I came with my colleagues to have a bite to eat at 10 a.m. at Odile and her Maraine. Nothing has changed in the atmosphere...Thank you Bernard Daval

We chose the poultry tournedos. It was certainly very good but drowned in the middle of the sauce and for 23€ I would say cheesy. The accompaniments are served in 2 medium-sized dishes but once divided between 7 guests the portion is more than minimalist. Serving them is complicated because I don't see how to arrange them on my plate (with sauce) without drowning them, especially the pasta gratin with béchamel sauce. It's a double sauce, I don't understand the concept. The mille-feuille as a good suggestion, as well as the floating praline island.

04/04/2024: All the dishes were delicious. The fish was cooked so that it was juicy, tender and delicate.
22/03/2024: We discovered this restaurant through The Fork app for a work dinner and we were really very pleasantly surprised. Whether it is the welcome, the attention of the team, the kindness, the quality of the dishes and desserts which is a wonder for the taste buds because the culinary discovery is extraordinary. I will return there for work or for my private outings and I recommend it with my eyes closed. Thank you Bistrot B
