Wow, we happened to be passing through Nyons one evening and passed by the busy tables in the alley. The menu was very appealing, and the dish was a poem. I've never experienced such passion in an appetizer! Lovingly presented down to the last detail, it was a feast for the senses. The waitress, who was alone, recommended the perfect wine and responded to the guests' needs with perfect vision and timing. This service is exemplary! The chef even stopped by with a friendly greeting. We will definitely be happy to return!
