We feel that a lot of attention is paid to the plates: fresh, quality products and careful presentation. On the other hand, in terms of taste, the dishes lack pep and depth... Compared to the cost of the menus, we were hoping for a greater taste pleasure...

Excellent discovery.
Very friendly and very professional staff.
A real artifice on the plates, both in terms of the colors, flavors and freshness of the products that we particularly appreciated. I also really appreciated the flavored water, the freshness with very little sugar, which is nice when it's hot. And finally, a coffee where you can choose your origin!!
I can only highly recommend.

Nous sommes venus déjeuner dans ce petit restaurant au cœur de Nyons proposant un menu découverte avec deux choix d’entrées, de plats et de desserts. Cuisine très élégante et originale. Les produits sont frais de saison et locaux. Service très agréable et au petit soins. Pensez à réserver car les tables ne sont pas nombreuses.

Excellente expérience malgré un dimanche pluvieux... mets fins et délicats. Avons pu déjeuner dans la salle voûtée, à l'abri de pla pluie.
