A wonderful discovery made on the occasion of the reopening of the Provençal market. The setting is very pleasant and the welcome was excellent. We enjoyed delicious wood-fired pizzas and admired the dishes from the menu being served at neighboring tables. The value for money is very good. I highly recommend this establishment and plan to book a table there on my next visit to Nyons.

27/05/2026: It's a beautiful, timeless place in an equally timeless city. We're always warmly welcomed and happily return. The portions are generous and the food is healthy. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys disconnecting and relaxing. The region is splendid, especially for bike rides 🏍️ 😉
26/05/2026: I highly recommend this charming establishment. Every time we visit Nyons, we book the Hôtel Colombet for our stay. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with classic decor. The service is impeccable. We felt so at home! The staff is discreet and attentive. As for the restaurant, it's a wonderful place to discover. The dishes are delicious and generous. The service is perfect. We will definitely return on our next trip to Nyons. A nice bonus is the shaded parking lot opposite the hotel, perfect for motorcycles.

18/05/2026: We stumbled upon this charming little square: a wonderful discovery! Wine was a delight! We had a lovely time on the terrace: delicious wines and a generous sharing platter. The welcome was warm and friendly: we highly recommend it!
