24/04/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ D’un Goût à l’Autre — A Hidden Gem in Nyons
My wife and I had one of those rare evenings where everything simply clicks — and it happened here.
We started by sharing an asparagus salad — fresh, inventive, and delicious in a way that felt completely unique. My wife then chose the dorado with vegetables, cooked to absolute perfection and presented on a stunning blue ceramic plate that seemed to mirror the sea itself. I had the veal fillet, equally flawless in execution, served on a plate in warm earthy tones that felt as considered as the dish. The grand finale? A rhubarb ice cream that was simply out of this world.
The atmosphere is warm and intimate, and the welcome genuine. When we told the chef how extraordinary his food was — my wife even mentioned he deserved a Michelin star — his response said everything: he cooks for people, not stars, because he wants everyone to be able to afford it. And indeed, the pricing is remarkably fair for cuisine at this level.
Reservation is strongly recommended — tables go fast, and rightly so. We will absolutely be back.
30/03/2026: What an incredible place! We went there with a couple of friends for a weekend to discover Nyons and its attractions! We had dinner there as soon as we arrived... An exquisite evening, a wonderful culinary experience. Chef Christophe—an atypical and endearing character, with a great sense of humor—was simultaneously in the kitchen, serving, and welcoming guests, taking excellent care of them. The freshness of his ingredients is evident, and the blend of flavors is a delightful surprise, not to mention the visual appeal of his dishes and their presentation. In short, I can only sing the praises of this establishment! Go there with complete confidence; you will be charmed!
