Excellent pizzas prepared by a very nice Italian-Brazilian couple. The ingredients are cooked before being put on the pizza and not just placed raw to go directly into the oven, like the others do most of the time, and you can feel the difference. Every time I want pizza, I go to them. I highly recommend !

If you are looking to eat good Italian pizza then El Semola is the place to go!
The pizzas are generous and excellent with Italian products! You will always be warmly welcomed at the pizzeria by the managers who are really friendly!

The pizza is exceptional, the ingredients are of excellent quality, the environment is very clean. The guys are a nice and helpful couple. Anyone who wants to eat an excellent pizza in Pau must try "Semolina, pasta and pizza".

Really excellent pizza.
It's been years since I've had one this good. Plus, I asked for an egg on top and for once,
the egg was hot, runny and sufficiently cooked. I highly recommend this caterer. The bosses are also super nice.

Warm welcome, the pizzas and lasagna are delicious!
Really, everything is cooked with quality Italian products “ham sliced on the spot etc.”

I converted my colleagues who enjoyed themselves again this afternoon!

BEST PIZZA IN PAU!!!
The pizzas are delicious, garnished, homemade and 100% Italian!!! Good student plan ;)
We tried the goat cheese and margarita pizza. Our adventure so far was profitable, the dough is soft and crispy at the same time.
Just entering the Italian countryside hits us with the smell of basil and dough cooked in a bread oven with soft Italian music.
From tiramisu to drinks, everything is Italian!! A warm welcome, the owners welcomed us there even if the restaurant is not made for that!!
If you are looking for a little corner of Italy in Pau this is the address you need!!
You will leave with a full and satisfied stomach!!

Un bonheur d’avoir franchi les porte de ce restaurant pourtant situé à 2 pas de chez moi depuis longtemps !!
Après avoir goûté 2 de leurs pizzas je ne peux que vous conseiller d’y aller
