A very enjoyable meal; the ingredients were fresh and very well prepared by the kitchen. The service was also excellent! The mimosa served as an aperitif was exceptional!

Restaurant located with a direct view of the Gruissan pond. A historic site in the old town, authentic and having managed to keep the dishes fresh. The fish changes according to the catch of the day and the season (and yes, there are seasons for fishing too!). Fresh products, well prepared and a sufficient menu. A far cry from the soulless and flavorless restaurants too numerous in the surrounding area.

15/02/2026: The place is unique and welcoming. The food is good, but we would have appreciated it if the chef had asked us if everything was alright instead of turning his back on us to go and pamper his friends! The snails were swimming in their sauce, which was very good, but it was difficult to pinch a small grey snail shell that broke in half to extract the snail; I had snails everywhere. The eels were well-prepared and the sauce was delicious, but again, it was difficult to remove the bone. A plate would be helpful for cutting the fish into pieces. The price was a bit high considering that both the small grey snails and the eels were small portions.
18/01/2026: Simply let yourself be carried away by the flavors of the food and the quality of the wines. This institution is a true gem of pleasure and happiness. Thank you.
