Fantastic little restaurant, we had a wonderful meal! The food was excellent, nothing to complain about. Can't wait to come back!!

Rating: ★★★★★ A feast for the senses! We came for dinner as a couple on Thursday, February 26th, and the experience was perfect from start to finish. L'Estaminet Kasteelhof has succeeded in offering Flemish specialties with a twist that makes all the difference. We started with an excellent platter of homemade charcuterie and local cheeses, before succumbing to the Welsh rarebit, the dish of the day! Special mention goes to the dessert: the homemade brown sugar and chicory tart was simply superb. The biggest plus is undoubtedly the breathtaking panoramic view of the Flanders plains, which provides a truly magical setting for the meal. The service is impeccable, friendly, and very welcoming. To top it all off, the prices (aperitif, beer, platter, main course, and dessert) are quite reasonable for such quality. In short, a fantastic experience. We will gladly return!

The Kasteelhof tavern welcomes you in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. You'll feel right at home as soon as you sit down. The decor is charming, and the service is impeccable. All the dishes are homemade with fresh ingredients. Don't miss the homemade speculoos tart, a secret recipe of the establishment.

Excellent experience! The atmosphere was super cozy, the wood-burning stove was lit, the decor was vintage… The food was incredible, the beef in the carbonnade was incredibly tender, and the desserts were excellent! It was perfect 👌🏻
