Excellent experience! The atmosphere was super cozy, the wood-burning stove was lit, the decor was vintage… The food was incredible, the beef in the carbonnade was incredibly tender, and the desserts were excellent! It was perfect 👌🏻

A charming little bistro at the top of Mont Cassel A great little spot In the evening, the view is breathtaking with the twinkling lights in the distance. Nearby, there's a park with lovely panoramic viewpoints. A team of young people runs the bistro, always offering a daily special dish and dessert. The tarts are excellent; my favorite is the brown sugar and beer tart. The difference is in the homemade dishes prepared with local products. You'll also find a small shop. In short, it's worth the detour.

I haven't even finished my Maroilles cheese gratin yet, but I'm already jumping at the chance to give this little bistro 5 stars. Being from the area and knowing all the local spots, this is always where I feel at home! A warm welcome, the servers know their stuff, and the cooks know all the best Flemish recipes.
