An excellent all-you-can-eat brunch: plenty of choice, including oysters and salmon. The portions are generous and the price is justified by the quality of the food. We will gladly return.

Regarding the atmosphere and the servers, nothing to say, top-notch. My wife and I ordered the pasta from LA FABRIK. The cook takes the pasta without gloves, puts it to boil for barely 30 seconds, and then, still without gloves, adds the sausage and cheese slices, also without gloves – not very hygienic indeed.

I've been several times and I've never been disappointed, whether by the food, the service, or the atmosphere. There's never a wait thanks to a gentleman in a shirt who's always there for us. Excellent!

A piña colada that tasted like water, a cocktail drowned in ice... Is there even alcohol in it? At €9, it's a bit steep... The value for money of the drinks and food is just awful and unjustified. It's Friday night, 10 pm, and the atmosphere is nonexistent.

I'm giving it three stars because the decor and the place itself are quite pleasant; the design work is remarkable. As for the restaurant/snack bar, we ordered well in advance, and the ordering system at the kiosk is well-designed. Then the evening took a turn for the worse. The waitress, cold and unpleasant, came to take our drink order. This was followed by an hour's wait for our meal. With the movie time approaching, we called back the poor cook, who was alone and overwhelmed, bombarded by complaints from impatient and dissatisfied customers. I won't be repeating the experience.

A pleasant place, ideal for families or groups of friends, but the food isn't up to par, especially the bowls. By 7:30 pm on a Sunday, they're already sold out.

04/03/2026: A slight disappointment in terms of taste. In my admittedly somewhat hazy memories, there were some very tasty Asian-inspired dishes. This whole thing lacked flavor, and for the price, we expected better, especially in Brest.
03/03/2026: An excellent dinner at Le Nautilus, featuring surprising scallops: incredibly tender, a blend of surf and turf flavors with a meat jus that pairs equally well with Chardonnay or a red wine, and a delightful mix of textures between the velvety parsnip purée and the crispy chips. The desserts are equally impressive, particularly the delicious blueberry and chestnut vacherin, which also plays very skillfully with textures. The atmosphere is serene, with a magnificent aquarium and a pleasant background of pop-rock classics, and the service is very attentive.

19/08/2025: I come here occasionally, and the wine has never disappointed me, with excellent recommendations from the server. We tried the foie gras made by the owner of Baragwin, which was delicious. We also tried the charcuterie and cheese platter. I'm already familiar with Sten Marc's cheeses, which are very good, and as for the charcuterie, I've never eaten anything as good! We'll be back!
