A superb experience on Wednesday, July 8, 2025. A warm, friendly place where you immediately feel at ease. But what really stood out about my afternoon was the quality of the service, particularly that of Nathan, the server who served our table. Nathan embodies what you always hope to find in an establishment: a sincere welcome, an infectious smile, remarkable efficiency, and that little extra touch of soul that transforms a simple meal into a truly enjoyable moment. Attentive without being intrusive, responsive, always in a good mood, subtly sprinkled with a touch of humor. He was able to combine professionalism and authenticity with astonishing ease. Add to that a natural elegance and undeniable charm that's hard not to notice. His kindness is matched only by his charisma, and it's rare to meet such a genuine person in this profession, which is losing its... A huge thank you to him for making this day sublime. I sincerely hope to have the chance to cross paths with him again on a future visit ;)

A crazy birthday party for my daughter, as usual, at the Fabrik

My husband and I came for brunch, we were welcomed by Sébastien and we will definitely be back! Everything is there to have a great time: great welcome, lots of choice with quality dishes and a great setting!

It's a bar and restaurant where we regularly came before or after the Capucins cinema or simply after work on the terrace on a sunny day. Theme night we are currently there Thursday evening July 3rd. Always pleasant staff. Simplicity at happy hour 5 euro a pint ice tee or 5 euro a pint of mordue (cider) or 5 euro a pint of Armoria beer. On a theme night good beer good song, not tested the snack. For us the factory is the good bar on the good side where you have to go in the evening at the Capucin. Let's not forget this beautiful shot on the bridge of recovery. Excellent calzone! A real treat, perfectly crispy and generously filled. All enjoyed with the evening sun as a bonus, and a breathtaking view of the Penfeld… what more could you ask for? The terrace was full—of course, it was simply fantastic. A great place to recommend without hesitation!

I was passing through and looking for a restaurant, then I stumbled upon this gem. It's very well located near the Capuchin Monasteries and is easily accessible! You can even get there by cable car. The menu is quite varied, there's something for everyone. On top of that, it's good! As for the service, there's nothing to complain about. The staff is very friendly and doesn't hesitate to put you at ease. The service is quite fast, which is a plus. The overall atmosphere of the place is very friendly. The fact that it's in the Capuchin Monasteries always adds a little something extra. You feel good there! I highly recommend this restaurant!
