Everything is perfect at Florence Kahn, from the incredibly warm welcome from the whole team (special mention for Sara <3), to the quality of the pletzels which are simply excellent. You can tell that everything is homemade and made with fresh ingredients.

What a darling and special place. The staff were so incredibly kind, patient and helpful, custom making a sandwich for us as vegetarians. It tasted delicious, especially the bean mix! I really recommend stopping by from something hearty and filling to just a tasty snack - they have it all.

While searching for challah in Paris, I stumbled upon this bakery in the Marais district, and let me tell you, these are truly the best I've ever tasted! They're light, fluffy, and simply gorgeous. They're delicious both sweet and savory, in a sandwich, or even on their own—they're perfect just as they are. But what would excellent challah be without a truly warm welcome? At Florence Khan, you're always greeted warmly, given plenty of time to choose, and offered excellent advice. Last time, I asked the (admittedly lovely) salesperson for advice on which bagel to choose, and he gave me one for free! What a wonderful gift! We went back today and ordered a turkey sandwich, and let me tell you, it was simply incredible. The turkey was superb and bursting with flavor, the pickles, the eggplant caviar... It was so generous, it was practically a meal in itself! We also indulged in two fig strudels and a poppy seed and sesame bread roll, both excellent. And of course, two challahs! It's always a pleasure to return to your establishment to discover new and consistently delicious dishes, even with the nearly two-hour round trip. I'd say the challahs won me over, and the warm welcome and excellent service keep me coming back. So thank you to the whole team! 🥯

Exceptional service; they took the time to present the products and let us taste them. The best part is that everything is excellent, from the pletzels (sandwiches) to the strudels (desserts). A place not to be missed.

What a discovery! I was amazed by the welcome I received as soon as I entered the establishment. The smiles, the kindness, the service, the brioches, the khalottes, the pastrami sandwich—a marvel! Everything was excellent. A thousand thanks for dropping off my purchase at the pallet shop this Sunday so I could pick it up before heading back to Cannes. Rue des Rosiers is a wonderful place; we had an extraordinary stay. A special mention for the Florence Khan shop and the entire team—bravo for your professionalism and kindness! Donia. 🩷😊🙏🩷

This place was so good! Lovely Jewish deli located in les marais. The big latkes were so yummy and the beigel/pletzl were really delicious and nicely presented… definitely recommend this must visit destination.

Bought a pistachio babka. Not bad, a little dry, and expensive.

I've been coming faithfully from the Paris suburbs for several years now. The pastrami. The turkey. The breads. The pastries. The absolutely unbeatable sandwich. 12 euros... but it's a meal in itself!!! The welcome is absolutely charming (which isn't the case for the place next door a few meters away). In short. I've been there... I'm going there. And I'll go back.

Excellent sandwich, very generous portion served by very friendly staff. The fig pavé is a real treat. Great place, worth remembering.
