Unlimited hot vegetables were good. I like your mashed potatoes, and they melt in your mouth. But the ground beef was better 3 or 4 years ago, as were the fries. Finally, I'm disappointed that we can't get crepes in the evening and find it strange because we can get waffles 🤔
P.S.: I really enjoyed the red cabbage in the all-you-can-eat dish, and I like coming to this Flunch, not just for that, but also because I discover new dishes every time.

The staff at this restaurant are sensational, from the cashiers to the waitstaff, cooks, and everyone else. One person is particularly excellent: Sylvie, who is kindness personified.
My wife and I enjoy eating there about once a week.

There's always something missing at the Flunch in Ollioules. Last time, there were no self-service drinks, and today we came for the rösti ad, but there's no more beef. They told us at the till, though... It would be better to indicate this on the menu displays above the tills so there are no surprises. And it's not the first time... Times change... there you have it!

I went back to Flunch and got the all-you-can-eat tenders; it was great and innovative. I recommend it, and if Flunch can offer it again in the future, I'm all for it.

The last time I went, there was a slight shortage of side dishes at the self-service counter. Perhaps they were short-staffed, in order to restock quickly...
However, all the staff remained professional, welcoming, and hardworking.
