Flunch sur Ollioules

Rump steak and an empty buffet… For the price paid, it's frankly pathetic. Everyone will form their own opinion.

We were greeted by a young girl with a lovely smile at the till, Doryane, just for the welcome I would come back.

Very good and calm, clean and family-friendly, just the lemon meringue pie wasn't up to my expectations, too acidic, but apart from that nothing to report!

Everyone is very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and attentive to customers. I love the Flunch restaurant and I recommend it to everyone; you'll have a great time!

We came to eat at Flunch Ollioules last Monday evening. Sylvie, the manager, was there, accompanied by her assistant, I presume. She's always cheerful. You always see her smiling everywhere. Last night it was busy, and I found her withdrawn and tired. I hope she's not having any problems; she's usually so energetic.

Vegetable dish often empty, staff shortage

We arrived at 7 pm. There were practically no more raw vegetables left; the salad was all yellowed and wilted. The tomatoes were shriveled, not fresh. I pointed this out to the cook, who quickly replaced the salad and tomatoes. I was offered a small treat, of course, but I didn't choose the right one. They told me it was a small treat, not a large one. I went to exchange it, but they were all gone. Then I went to pay and handed over a €50 note. They told me they couldn't give me change, that they were short on cash, and that I had to pay the exact amount. Of course, I'd forgotten my bank card. Anyway, everything's just great! I told the cashier that it was a bit of a mess tonight, she replied that I had said that the last time I came, she must probably be confusing me with someone, I can't say that they are particularly friendly, the cashier who shouldn't be allowed to speak like that to a customer because the remark was neither harsh nor aggressive but I felt attacked!

On Sunday, August 2nd, the restaurant was packed. There was a significant staff shortage. The wait at the register was enormous. No grilled meats were available. As a result, only the prepared dishes were available. There was also a long wait for those. However, the staff who were there did everything they could to make the wait as short as possible. I wanted to specify the exact date of this experience so that the few employees on site could be properly thanked for keeping the place clean and organized and for serving every meal. There is clearly a management problem at this establishment, which is not worthy of a brand like Flunch. This has been going on for several months. And all the customers are feeling it. We are sharing our experiences. It is high time this establishment was taken over.

Hot dishes are often slow to be served

Bravo to Valentine, Sylvie, and Mireille for their professionalism!!! More than 30 people at the till, requests coming from all directions: ice cream, crepes, groups, the till, cleaning the dining room, setting up tables for groups, and ALWAYS, ALWAYS a smile. Congratulations, ladies! I'm amazed! Delicious all-you-can-eat dishes. Self-service. Amazing grilled meats. The children's menu always comes with a little toy, which the kids love. The dining room is spacious, and the terrace is brand new. Absolutely fantastic.
