Hello, back at Flunch and what a disappointment, still no cauliflower gratin 😢

Excellent experience at Flunch! I was served by Hugo, who was extremely kind, smiling, and very professional. He took the time to give me a warm welcome, answer my questions, and make sure everything was perfect. His positive attitude and kindness truly made my meal even more enjoyable. It's rare to encounter such a thoughtful, patient, and attentive employee. Hugo is a real asset to the Flunch team. Thank you to him for his excellent service and infectious good humor! It had been over ten years since I'd last set foot in a Flunch. Back then, I used to go to the Flunch at Auchan Leers in the North. I have very, very fond memories of it. Today, I ate in Béziers with my daughters. My first impression wasn't great. The trays and cutlery weren't clean. I ordered a starter and went to choose my main course. I was disappointed; nothing appealed to me, so I settled for the hamburger. We looked for a table to sit down; it was 1:30 PM. There was space, but the tables hadn't been cleared. We found a table that was more or less clean, but there was cola on the chairs, and don't even get me started on the toilets. It's a shame because, in terms of value for money, it's excellent (inexpensive and, above all, tasty).

A modern and pleasant restaurant in the chain, offering a wide selection of dishes and desserts, followed by the traditional vegetable buffet. Ideal for a meal at relatively affordable prices for the whole family.

A wonderful birthday evening with my friends, the management treated us to two magnificent chocolate iced cakes, the staff were great!

Grill mixer available at will, but no, three-quarters of an hour before closing time, no more grill.

As usual in Béziers, it's very good.

Hello As a customer of your self-service restaurant, I am very impressed and proud of your staff's attentiveness. The hats and nets for men are always in place, the burger grill is cleaned when it's less busy, the prepared dishes are served with a courteous smile, and the self-service staff are attentive and offer a wide variety of choices. I was truly very surprised, especially by the cleanliness at the entrance for appetizers and in the self-service area. The trays are emptied regularly and efficiently. I hope this positive progress continues, and I especially appreciate the attentiveness of your employees. Regards P.S. The Flunch in Béziers is very well renovated, very clean, and the person in charge of the grill is top-notch, super friendly, very pleasant....
