Three hours, even for a tasting menu, is far too long. Working with ingredients to create dishes is all well and good, but it has its limits. The soup was tasteless, the mackerel was ordinary, only the monkfish was excellent and truly different from anything we'd ever had. And wanting to offer only local products is commendable, but very limiting when you want something other than wine. There are plenty of other nice restaurants in the area worth discovering.

This restaurant is truly unique! Located in an annex of the Abbey (the former leper colony), it offers a wonderful setting for a sumptuous dinner.
The dishes served were delicious and prepared with great care. We loved our experience.
I recommend the blind wine pairing, as we had the opportunity to discover wine regions previously unknown to us.

No complaints whatsoever. Impeccable and very pleasant service, top-notch cuisine without any bizarre ingredients (it's trendy in many fine-dining restaurants to find geraniums on your plate or even stranger things...). Here, the cuisine is very refined without striving for complexity.
It's still quite expensive, but remains good value for money.

A very beautiful place, a pleasant team, but what a disappointment in terms of taste: too many flavors kill the flavor, not to mention the last totally incongruous surprise, fortunately the sommelier's work for the food/wine pairing came to save the evening.

More than just a restaurant, it's an experience: walking through this magical, beautifully restored place steeped in history in the dead of night, and sitting down in this former abbey, which became a prison (until 1963!), to enjoy a seasonal meal with garden vegetables, perfectly cooked meats and fish, served by a wonderful, young, and refreshingly unpretentious team. Thank you, we're still talking about it!
