Une carte de saison avec beaucoup de créativité du début à la fin. La carte des vins exploite particulièrement les richesses régionales mais sait aller chercher la créativité ailleurs aussi.

la salle est très originale et respectant l'architecture de l'abbaye.
nous avons pris le menu 51eme lune avec 7 saveurs.
tout était délicieux et le sommelier nous a fait découvrir les vins locaux accompagnant à merveille les plats.
Le service est discret, efficace et très professionnel.
le seul bemol à été le dessert que nous avons peu apprécié trop sucré et gélatineux.

Superb discovery. Exceptional meal with an explosion of tastes in each dish on the moon menu. Cozy atmosphere, very friendly and professional staff (from the reception to the room staff, the waiters and the sommelier). What can we say about the chef's dishes, FANTASTIC!! (quality, quantities and presentation) the meal is a festival of flavors. Well done to the entire team of the abbey restaurant. We will come back and for those who are undecided, you can go there with your eyes closed in order to discover a culinary experience unforgettable, as well as the site of the royal abbey of Fontevraud.

Superb historic place, excellent welcome and service, beautiful presentation of the dishes served, excellent advice on the wines served, innovative tastes... On the other hand, not my "cup of tea" for the "lightly frosted tomato"

Thanks to the Chef, the lunch was great. The dishes are unusually decorated, tasty and original. I was especially pleased with the selection of wines for each dish. Almost everyone liked the wines. The service was at the highest level, the waiters were very interesting and spoke in detail about each dish and wine. What was interesting was that first they let us taste the wine, and then they showed us the name and told us about it. It truly deserves a Michelin star.

A unique experience ! So much to say.... The setting: cloistered, magnificent. The service: smiling, discreet, friendly waiters, and good advice from the sommelier! As for the kitchen: what can I say? A delight! Seasonal, local products. The signature dish Champignon à la Fontevraud... I have no words!
