24/04/2026: A real disappointment tonight. The welcome was grumpy.
The food fell far short of expectations. Overcooked and poorly seasoned. Two smiling but clumsy waiters (still better than the welcome!). The setting and decor were very nice, though. Overall, disappointed.
23/04/2026: Excellent food, top-notch service, pleasant setting. We arrived as a group of six around 2 pm, no problem. I highly recommend it.

06/04/2026: A wonderful discovery at La Licorne restaurant on Easter Monday.
The menu was excellent.
The service was perfect and the waitress very friendly. A great find!
05/04/2026: We had a wonderful Easter weekend at La Licorne. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was very peaceful. As for the food, it was a pure delight with impeccable service. We highly recommend this charming place!

31/03/2026: We had a wonderful time at this beautiful restaurant, and what can I say about the excellent meal? The chef's signature dish was five stars!
We were incredibly lucky to have dined at a Bocuse d'Or restaurant.
23/03/2026: The food truly lives up to the magnificent setting!
The chef has made this sublime abbey his home for many years, and it's easy to see why; the monastic atmosphere doesn't detract from the pleasure of the delicious dishes on offer.
The wine pairings were very well chosen.

03/05/2026: A wonderful time spent with friends, with staff who took excellent care of all the customers.
The warm setting, the family atmosphere, the divine food 👍😊 – in short, pure bliss.
Bonus: it's right opposite the entrance to the abbey ✅
As I told them on my way out, don't change a thing 😀.
So don't hesitate to come and eat there, and even ask for wine recommendations; they'll do it with pleasure and passion.
26/04/2026: 1:30 pm on a Saturday. The terrace was half empty. We wanted to have a coffee... "Not possible. At this hour, we only serve meals..." Too bad.
We recommend the pastry shop/tea room across the street: they're very friendly.

23/08/2024: I do not understand why this establishment is authorized to market so close to the abbey. An obvious lack of hygiene and a dilapidated and dirty terrace. If you visit the site there is a cafeteria inside in the gardens. And what's more, with lower prices.

10/07/2024: Improved service, I see some poor reviews from last year but I can only say we experienced the opposite. The food was good and service professional.
26/06/2024: Idéalement placé près de l'abbaye sur une charmante petite place. Les patrons sont charmants, agréables et très attentionnés. Nous avons bien mangé. Les plats étaient très copieux et fait maison, les frites excellentes cuites dans la graisse de bœuf. (les toilettes sont surprenantes mais géniales). Nous recommandons sans hésiter.
