Exceptional meal with impeccable service.

We had lunch facing a fire extinguisher! We had booked for six people at least two months ago. The table we were assigned upon arrival was right next to the restaurant entrance, a thoroughfare. Three of us had a view of a wall with a fire extinguisher and evacuation plan, while the other three could still glimpse the cloister garden. We asked if it would be possible to have a more pleasant seat to better appreciate the sumptuous setting. This wasn't possible. A huge disappointment. The kindness of the staff cheered us up a little. A special mention goes to head sommelier Aurélien Usal: his choices and explanations for the "Essential Emotion" wine pairing were remarkable. The meal itself was delicious. All that remained was the frustration and sadness of not being able to fully appreciate the beauty of the place. The view of the fire extinguisher and the evacuation plan shattered the magic of lunch at a Michelin-starred restaurant...

We were treated to an exceptional experience, from the moment we arrived until our departure, which was magnificent thanks to the abbey's sound and light show. The service, from the explanations and thoughtful touches to the sommelier, was impeccable; everything was designed to make the experience unique. Special mention goes to the unexpected food and wine pairing, a truly delightful experience. As for the cuisine, it was an incredible culinary journey with wonderful appetizers and main courses bursting with flavor. We were slightly less captivated by the desserts, but they were nonetheless a real discovery. A wonderful evening in a magnificent setting—certainly, it comes at a price, but sometimes such indulgences create lasting memories.

Nestled within a historic monastery and former minor monastery, the décor seamlessly blends medieval heritage with contemporary minimalist design. The exceptionally quiet and serene environment exudes a sacred and soul-cleansing monastic atmosphere, offering a highly private and luxurious dining experience.

Dinner with my wife. A lovely evening, as usual, with beautifully presented, original dishes bursting with flavor. The only slight disappointment was the dessert, which wasn't up to par. Nice wine list. Well done!

Food good, definitely worth a star. Beautiful monastery garden; we sat at a table outside with a view of the quiet garden. Very quiet there, didn't hear any music. Super relaxing. Parking far away, had to walk kilometers because a gate was broken. For those who like a monastery atmosphere, definitely recommended. If you want something lively, then it's not cozy.

The perfect balance between understated luxury and historical authenticity. A must-visit for lovers of beautiful heritage and fine cuisine.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful restaurant, and what can I say about the excellent meal? The chef's signature dish was five stars! We were incredibly lucky to have dined at a Bocuse d'Or restaurant.
