We came as a group of 22 to celebrate my birthday. Everything went very well. The staff were very welcoming and a good atmosphere was guaranteed. Best of luck to the whole team.

I'd been wanting to discover this authentic place for a while, and I finally did, and I wasn't disappointed. First of all, the setting is superb; from the facade and the entrance, you're immediately immersed in the traditional pub atmosphere. Then there's the menu, with its lovely platters and classic regional dishes. My only slight reservation is that the carbonnade was a little too sweet (but that's a matter of taste). It's a place worth discovering, and you can even take a stroll through Bergues afterward 😉 it's a bonus!

A restaurant I discovered by chance, and what a happy accident it was! The setting is authentic and very pleasant. The staff is welcoming, and the food is excellent. A place to remember. The only downside is the background music, which gets on my nerves.

I've lost count of how many times we've eaten here. It's one of the most beautiful restaurants I've ever been to. The atmosphere is fantastic, the decor and background music are captivating. There's a wide selection: both quality and quantity are excellent. The servers are friendly and welcoming. I recommend it 10,000%!

We've been coming here for many years. We live in the south of France, and every time we visit family, we eat at Bruegel. We always order the traditional Welsh rarebit, which is usually very generous and difficult to finish. This time, I decided to try something new and ordered the €33 set menu: Maroilles croquettes with a green salad. My first disappointment was that there was only one croquette on the plate. I waited impatiently for the main course, which arrived an hour later with apologies from the waiter. It was grilled chicken with Maroilles sauce, again accompanied by salad. I only had a small piece of chicken to dip in a little ramekin. I won't lie, I was definitely not satisfied. Only my children, who had ordered Welsh rarebit, received a plate of fries for two. My partner, who had ordered meat, didn't get any fries. Still hungry, we asked for more. We were told there would be an extra charge for fries... Luckily, after our surprise at having so few fries, they ended up deducting them from the final bill. Fortunately, the desserts were all excellent, which made up for our disappointment. I don't question the friendliness of the staff, nor the quality of the food, but the portions are clearly not what they used to be; even the Welsh rarebit was finished without any trouble. We've now found a new go-to spot for eating in the North.
