We ate very well, the portions were reasonable, however, the new menu was not displayed or updated online at the time of our visit. After our first visit in 2022, when traditional dishes from the Pau region, such as chicken in a pot and garbure, were offered, the menu has since been reduced due to a change in the kitchen, which no longer serves these dishes but rather Asian-inspired cuisine, which detracts from the restaurant's character.

01/04/2026: A real treat! A vegan restaurant, so vegetarian! The quality and freshness made me leave feeling satisfied. Perfect for inviting a meat-eater without feeling limited in terms of choice or quality.

21/02/2026: A magical family outing at the Opera. We were warmly welcomed by Alexandra, whose professionalism and smile immediately put us at ease. In the kitchen, Chef Sébastien creates dishes that are veritable works of art, as splendid to behold as they are exquisite to savor. The whole experience was enhanced by Patrice's delicate playing at the piano, creating a truly unique atmosphere. A memorable evening and a place to share: Thank you and see you soon! 🤗
