Saved our evening! We were struggling to find a table at any restaurant and this family run restaurant welcomed us in. Food and service were outstanding. The duck and chicken were a particular highlight and the local white wine divine!

But what also makes the difference is the welcome; the team is lovely, smiling, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. It's a pleasure to spend time in a place where you feel so welcome! We're not from Pau, but if we have the opportunity to return, we will definitely not hesitate to come back. A truly wonderful place that we wholeheartedly recommend!

This restaurant truly deserves high praise, as everything was perfect from start to finish. We enjoyed a delicious trout tartare, a chicken supreme, a pork tenderloin, and baby squid: each dish was a resounding success. The cooking was perfectly executed, with a special mention for the chicken and pork, which were remarkably tender. The quality of the ingredients and the skill of the kitchen are evident in every dish. It was so good that I even ordered the trout tartare for dessert… a first for me, but what a delightful surprise! The modern decor also creates a wonderful atmosphere in the restaurant. Finally, the service deserves special mention: a professional, friendly, and attentive team, truly dedicated to their guests. An exceptional experience that we highly recommend. The food is delicious and refined. The owner is friendly, the service efficient. The prices are reasonable, and it's just a stone's throw from the castle.
