Excellent restaurant, perfect for vegetarian cuisine. Whether it was the tart or the buckwheat galette as a main course, or the desserts (brownie and chia seeds), it was a delight to eat. Perfectly generous portions. If I return to Pau, I will definitely eat here again.

Tonight, we had the pleasure of dining at Les Amants du Marché. Despite our late arrival, we were welcomed and had a wonderful evening. The waitress was very kind, and the food was absolutely delicious. From the appetizer to the main course and dessert, everything was truly excellent and perfectly balanced. Thank you to the entire team for your warm welcome, and we look forward to returning!

My partner, who is neither vegan nor vegetarian, and I came, and he loved it. A fantastic find, the food was very well prepared. We'll gladly return.

LE POULET A 3 PATTES

26/09/2026: The food was beautifully presented.
12/09/2026: Excellent place to eat. The set menu (starter, dessert, and lunch) was €23 for a weeknight – truly fantastic! Originality on the plate, more than generous portions, a magnificent view of the Pyrenees, and a young and friendly team. What more could you ask for?

Hôtel Siatel Besancon Châteaufarine

15/09/2026: Don't miss this place! The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. We had two galets and cider. Everything was fantastic. I'll be back.
11/09/2026: A nice place for a simple meal in Pau. I had a crêpe with a salad, and everything was fresh, tasty and well prepared. There was nothing particularly memorable or surprising about the meal, but equally nothing to complain about. The ingredients were fresh, the food was good, and I left perfectly satisfied. A solid, pleasant crêperie that I would happily recommend if you’re looking for a good and uncomplicated meal.
