Très bonne cuisine. Anguilles en cassolette avec différents légumes frits : un régal Moules frites : bonne portion colonel, baba aux rhum bien mouillé. Très bon repas . Nous y retournerons.

A very good restaurant with original dishes, the saithe with the peanut crust! And the mussels are generous. The only downside is the waiting time for the dishes which is too long, which is why we didn't have dessert.

Le Boeuf Plage

21/01/2025: A very good address that I discovered during my stay, the velouté was excellent, the burger too. With a very warm welcome.
19/01/2025: We've been going to Bœuf Plage since the restaurant changed hands, just to give it a try (because before, we weren't really fans; the decor and welcome were a bit cold...). We weren't disappointed! The welcome is great, everyone is friendly and cheerful. The dining room is warm, with modern and personalized decor; it feels good, a bit like home. And above all, it's excellent! I waited to go there three times to post this review: each time, it's great. The lunch menu, like the à la carte dishes (meat, andouillette, burger, desserts), are perfect. We will definitely return! I 100% recommend it.

12/01/2026: We received a spa pass and brunch as a gift. I was pleasantly surprised by the brunch; I was expecting a cold, English-style buffet, which isn't really my thing. I found the food very good, with a varied selection and everything served hot. The staff was excellent.
27/12/2025: A three-course lunch (starter and main) took 1 hour and 30 minutes, even though it wasn't particularly busy. Too long, especially since we were by the sea. We ordered fish, but only discovered via a sign that it came from Greece and Turkey – too late! We were expecting to enjoy some good seafood, being in the Vendée region, and were very disappointed by a restaurant in a 4-star hotel. 😔
