A pleasant, semi-gastronomic restaurant with air conditioning, where we were greeted with a smile.
The appetizers, main courses, and desserts were a delight of flavors, with well-balanced, tasty, and excellent combinations.
Unlike most restaurants in the area, we weren't crammed with other tables, which made it more comfortable.

We opted for the gourmet menu. The welcome was very professional and pleasant; the servers were incredibly attentive.
I appreciated the menu selection, the diverse garnishes of the dishes, and the lightness and freshness of the rum baba. The portions were very generous and hearty. I've never seen such a well-stocked gourmet coffee on neighboring tables.

Excellent value for money. The seafood sauerkraut was perfect, superb. The crunchy dessert was amazing, and the pistachio chocolate mousse was excellent. We were very satisfied with our meal and would definitely return.

In a very pleasant setting, we discovered refined and generous cuisine. The staff were professional, responsive, and always attentive.
A clean restaurant frequented by connoisseurs of high-quality dining.
A moment of culinary bliss to be savored with passion.
It still exists, at L'Espadon in Saint Jean de Monts.

The food is excellent, the dishes are beautifully presented.
However, it's a real shame that the setting is cold and lacking in character.
The same goes for the service; while not in itself a complaint—the staff are professional—it remains very impersonal.
Considering the quality of the meal, it's a pity that the rest of the experience isn't more welcoming.
