A small, comfortable, and very welcoming hotel... we enjoyed the restaurant in the evening and absolutely loved the dishes on the menu... the staff are kind and very friendly... we highly recommend it 😊

We left satisfied with this establishment, which I highly recommend.

We came to dinner at the restaurant, which we had never been to before, and what a wonderful culinary surprise! The cuisine was traditional, refined, and of high quality. The value for money was incredible (€111 for two, without holding back, including aperitifs and wine). The owner and staff were very pleasant and welcoming. We will definitely return. See you soon!

The restaurant is very traditional and very good. A short walk from the chateau. I did not stay in the hotel.

This restaurant is a wonderful culinary discovery; the dishes are delicious and appetizing. You can tell there's real thought and care put into the menu planning and flavor combinations. For €34 for a starter, main course, and dessert, the value is undeniable, especially considering the generous portions. Furthermore, the welcome is warm and friendly, which is much appreciated. A place worth discovering.

Perfect! An exceptional restaurant! They use fresh, expertly prepared ingredients; you can tell there's a lot of thought and thought put into the recipes and dishes. My family and I were delighted! Three of us stayed at the Hôtel Beaudon in Pierrefonds for a stopover, and we were completely satisfied. The phone call to get information was very pleasant, with a professional and attentive welcome. Upon our arrival, we found this same quality of welcome in person: warm, helpful, and cheerful. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and offered a magnificent view of the Château de Pierrefonds, a real asset that added charm to the stay. The restaurant was a wonderful surprise: gourmet, accessible, and delicious cuisine. The staff was welcoming, and the manager was particularly friendly and attentive. We enjoyed dinner so much that we decided to return the next day for lunch, and once again, everything was perfect. The breakfast was also very good, varied and plentiful, ideal for starting the day. We recommend this place without hesitation, both for the quality of the accommodation and the food.

We went there for the restaurant, which is open to everyone. The menu on the blackboard is €22. It's especially good! The chef offers refined cuisine in a "home-like" atmosphere. The service is friendly. We highly recommend it!
