Hotel La Chaumiere sur Quillan

Excellent hotel, especially in terms of value for money. It's the first French hotel I've stayed in where the standard rooms are spacious. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, and the service is very friendly. Parking is available in the building's basement. The town center is within walking distance.

Excellent value for money. The chef is noteworthy in a positive way. Excellent dinner.
