Overall, a decent stay with a few points for improvement. The room was spacious and very quiet, which was a plus. However, a major drawback was the bedding: the mattress was very uncomfortable, causing back pain and preventing us from sleeping well. This is especially disappointing given that the establishment advertises quality bedding. The door insulation could also be improved. We were also surprised to find our "Do Not Disturb" sign removed twice by the neighboring room, which was inconvenient. We didn't try the breakfast, but having a kettle in the room was a convenient bonus. In short, a decent stay, but the bedding definitely needs to be replaced.

5 stars for all the staff 5 stars for the food Regarding the location, it's a shame that parking isn't assigned to each room. It's close to a bakery and an all-you-can-eat buffet, and a 10-minute drive from Saumur Castle.

For the price, around €60/night, it's great.

Good location Clean room (beware of the shower tile grout, which is starting to turn black) comfortable bed Reception staff were barely friendly, and working in a down jacket and sneakers seems inappropriate. Breakfast was varied, but restocking was slow, and yogurt and milk left out in a corner, not chilled, looked unprofessional. Thanks to the kitchen staff who noticed. The sound and thermal insulation of the rooms from the outside needs to be addressed as soon as possible, as daylight shines through the entire door frame, and we can hear conversations outside. The parking space is conveniently located right next to the rooms, perhaps a little too close, as the sidewalks are then impassable.

Basic but sufficient for a one or two-night stay. I prefer the upstairs rooms to the downstairs ones with the icy tiles 😅 The reception wasn't very friendly...

The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. Dinner and breakfast were plentiful, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Don't change a thing, you're perfect!

We came for dinner last night even though we didn't have a room at the hotel. We received a warm welcome and the food was excellent.
