Hotel Restaurant Central sur Saint-Jean-Pied-De-Port

18/03/2026: We came here in March and there was not many open restaurants, Ttipia was recommended by a local citizen for us and she was definitely right. There were many local visitors in the restaurant which means that it is not a touristic place. The foods were good, the meats were quite over grilled but it was our fault that we asked for well done. The service was amazing, they were working stopless. Stop over here definitely

13/03/2026: We received a very warm welcome from all the staff, and we chose the dish of the day: beef sausages confit in duck fat, served with lentils and topped with a fried egg. A truly homemade taste: excellent! We will gladly return.
