Hotel restaurant du pont ascain sur Ascain

We've stayed at this hotel several times as a family; the family rooms are perfect for large families. The staff are lovely.

Impeccable service; my association and I have rented the reception hall twice for our AGM, and it's been perfect!

My stay went very well, unfortunately I had to cut it short for medical reasons and return home to recover. The journey back was long. It's a shame I couldn't enjoy my last day and night in the Basque Country.

The missing picture in my room 29 is sad 😥 and the technical problems with the bathtub and sink plug are regrettable, otherwise fortunately the service at reception is up to scratch and thanks to the chambermaid for the very clean hotel bathrooms, impeccable hygiene and suggestion for breakfast: provide larger capacity trays for more comfortable use! Otherwise, satisfied with my stay and I will come back again with pleasure!

Very friendly welcome, but note that it's closed at certain times because the young woman is multi-tasking and performs other tasks. Very clean room and bathroom, a little small (others are larger.) Large breakfast buffet. Large garden Good location (near the center of Ascain), and ample parking.
