The staff is perfect. We ate very well and received a very warm welcome. The concept is great and the food, simple but excellent, is delicious. The owner's kindness is definitely one of the highlights. We will definitely be back.

Incredibly high-quality ribeye steak, and the prawns were equally delicious! The best potatoes too! The cider tastings included in the menu were fantastic.
The service was very pleasant, attentive, and passionate! I'll definitely be back!

The service was great, the atmosphere was lovely, and the quality of the meal was impeccable, but we had a reservation for 8 pm and were served at 9 pm. That said, the place is very pretty and clean. There was a particularly friendly and attentive waiter who saved the day. The cider pouring demonstration was a great touch. Well done, sir, this profession suits you perfectly. Don't change a thing.

We came for lunch as a group of 14 to celebrate a friend's birthday. Everyone enjoyed themselves: from the traditional manu (salt cod/rib steak/ardi gasna) to burgers, Landes salad, duck breast... I highly recommend it.

Excellent welcome and impeccable meal. Don't be put off by the surroundings; the interior is very pleasant. Despite the size of the room and the number of people, the acoustics are good and it's not noisy.
The prawns were perfectly cooked and delicious, the rib steak was perfect, and the salad dressing was also excellent. The cheese and walnuts were very good. Special mention for the different ciders. Excellent value for money (€40 all-inclusive, no complaints). I don't share the "tourist trap" reviews.

We chose this cider house to celebrate our civil wedding, and we couldn't have dreamed of a better place. The atmosphere is warm, the food delicious, and the experience authentic. The entire team was welcoming, attentive, and helped make this moment even more special.
Our guests, who came from Canada and various regions of France, also loved their experience and discovering the txotx, a wonderful immersion in Basque culture.
A huge thank you for your excellent service and for helping make this day an unforgettable memory. We recommend this establishment without hesitation!

Nice and friendly place. Unfortunately, the system wasn't explained to us, so we ended up paying an extra €10 per person for a cider (just a small glass). A little more courtesy from the manager would have been appreciated. She wasn't very accommodating; for a hen party table of 12 people costing €410, we were refused a digestif. A shame.
