A magnificent hotel and restaurant, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and they truly take excellent care of their guests. The room was beautiful, the bathroom spotless, and the bed comfortable. The restaurant boasts a varied menu featuring excellent local specialties, very good craft beer, and beautifully presented and expertly prepared dishes. The service was impeccable! You immediately sense the professionalism and kindness of the waitress! A wonderful discovery, keep up the good work!

Passing through on our way to do the Vélorail activity nearby, we stopped for lunch at the restaurant. The service was impeccable and very friendly. The dishes were fantastic! Special mention for the Saint Nectaire fondue, absolutely divine! (Be warned, it's a generous portion! 😉) The desserts were also great, and we usually prefer savory to sweet. A great place to eat as a couple or with friends. Remember to book ahead because even at lunchtime on weekdays, it was busy! No opinion on the hotel as we only had lunch there). While on holiday in the area, there weren't many restaurants open. We stopped at La Vieille Ferme, where we enjoyed a St. Nectaire cheese fondue with new potatoes and local charcuterie. I highly recommend it. My partner had a pulled pork poke bowl, which was very tasty and generously filled. We dined on the shaded terrace. The owner was a bit reserved, but very professional and efficient, especially considering she was working alone. If you're ever in the area, don't hesitate to stop by.
