Passing through this place by chance, we discovered a true gem of French gastronomy (and I mean it). Everything was perfect, from the quality of the food to the professionalism of the staff. They are passionate about their craft, their region, their dishes and wines, and they know how to draw you in and share their passions. I have rarely seen such enthusiasm for a profession and such a desire to share their passions and love for excellent products. Definitely worth a visit; don't hesitate to make a detour to Arbois and Les Caudalies.

We spent a family weekend at the hotel and had dinner there. It was wonderful: The hotel: very comfortable, very professional and friendly staff. The breakfast was truly excellent. Dinner: Signature Menu with wine pairing... the photos speak for themselves. The Chef and her team delighted us. The service was truly excellent, and the sommelier team was amazing!!! We tasted delicious wines 😋. A special mention for the cheese service: an impressive trolley served by a passionate individual who gave us excellent advice on the wines the sommelier had selected for us. A family-run establishment with a passion for their craft and products—a real pleasure. A weekend that the whole family loved. We will be back! Note: dogs are welcome and pampered! I ate there for the first time today. I tried my best to speak French, and the staff listened very patiently to my poor grammar. The food was delicious, and the staff was very attentive. I especially appreciated the staff's thoughtful approach in serving me a non-alcoholic course and recommending a very tasty non-alcoholic drink. Most non-alcoholic drinks are far too sweet, but this one was perfect! I highly recommend this restaurant!
