Yes, the formula may seem excessive but it puts Chef Galvan in the firmament of our culinary experiences, including Michelin stars. We WILL NOT SPOILER this unique gastronomic adventure as discovery is part of the concept of this Chef with extremely rare talent and sensitivity. Let yourself be carried away by the many surprises, improbable and deliciously regressive flavors. Accept the idea that cooking can be stunning and sublime. Forget everything you thought you knew about the concept of dishes or assortments. This tour de force, both technical and gustatory, is the stuff of genius. Eat Galvan and die... of pleasures! Great culinary experience and good service. The wines and the room are not extraordinary. I recommend.

One of my most original taste experiences. My only advice, let yourself be carried away by the restaurant team and surrender to the multiple flavors of Mr. Galvan's creations at the same time as the narrative offered by the menu. If you like the intimate and cozy atmosphere, all you have to do is let yourself be carried away with confidence into a world full of colors (and tastes) Thank you again and see you soon.

Sometimes it can be difficult to get certain tastes right because the spices and condiments can overpower the main element of the dish. This moment will remain a great discovery.

I don't usually write a comment but I have to leave a mark. It’s an extraordinary experience, the mixture of flavors takes you on a timeless journey. It’s one of my greatest experiences in the field of tableware. It is both breathtaking and majestic to attend and participate in a dinner driven by originality, authenticity, talent and the art of hosting. A big BRAVO and a huge THANK YOU to the chef and his entire team for providing an authentic experience to his customers.
