During our stay in Saumur, we booked a table at Keating and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from starter to dessert; it was still quite expensive, but the pleasure was there in every bite.

We arrived 45 minutes late due to the road, but we were still greeted with a smile and no rush. The dishes were generous and of high quality. The owner and waitress were all smiles. We highly recommend it. A great first stop for exploring Saumur.

A superb discovery! The dishes were absolutely delicious, made with high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. The homemade fries were truly succulent, and the meat was tender and flavorful. As someone who loves steak tartare, I was in heaven; it was excellent and perfectly seasoned. The welcome was warm and the staff very attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant is beautiful, with elegant decor and a very friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

A very warm welcome, the food and meats are simply excellent (I recommend the Italian-style steak tartare). A sure bet in Saumur!
