A superb spot in the heart of Gap! We had a wonderful time at La Belle Époque. The welcome was warm, the staff friendly and very professional. The dishes were truly delicious, beautifully presented, and generous, offering excellent value for money. Special mention goes to the ambiance and the terrace, which are very pleasant for enjoying a good meal. A top-notch team, delicious food, and impeccable service: everything was there for a truly great experience. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this place 👌😊

20/08/2026: The galettes were good, with generous fillings. But we would appreciate a slightly more cheerful service from all the staff. What can I say about the young waitress I saw preparing a crêpe? She first took a small amount of the crêpe from the cook with her fingertips, then meticulously licked each finger. Next, she poured several spoonfuls of what I believe to be honey onto the crêpe, then thoroughly licked the spoon before putting it back in the jar. So much for hygiene!

15/02/2026: A warm and friendly welcome awaited us upon arrival, immediately putting us at ease. The dining room is truly charming, with vaulted ceilings and lovely exposed stonework, and the bistro-style wooden tables and chairs add a convivial and authentic touch. The dishes are good, simple, and made with artisanal products, which is evident in the flavors, even if the overall experience remains somewhat classic. The plates could perhaps use a little more flair or surprise to make the experience more memorable. We were slightly disappointed with our Shepherd's Platters, where the meat pies seemed to have been "forgotten." With a price reduction of around five euros, the quantity/quality/price ratio would undoubtedly be more balanced. Overall, a pleasant place to sample local products, although for a similar result, you could just as easily fill your basket with gourmet treats directly at the market.
01/02/2026: We had a wonderful meal, congratulations to the chef and thank you for the service and welcome, we will miss being able to eat there again.
