Passing by Wednesday evening, the crêpes (both savory and sweet) were truly excellent. The buckwheat crêpe batter was superb, and the service and welcome were equally impressive. They also offered local products like cider, pommeau, chouchen, etc. Very good!

On Saturday at lunchtime, my wife, my mother, and I went to eat at the crêperie. It was a place I hadn't been to before. I have nothing but praise: perfect crêpes, a very pleasant atmosphere, and impeccable service. I recommend everyone eat at this restaurant, and I'll be back soon.

We came as a group of four for lunch without a reservation and were lucky to get a table (I recommend booking in advance so you don't miss out). The savory crepes were delicious, and the sweet crepes were simply fabulous (I had the salted caramel one)! I thought about it for at least a week after our visit; we'll definitely be back. Thank you for this wonderful culinary experience.

Delicious food, proof being that we go back very often. Highlights: the galettes (buckwheat crepes), the buckwheat batter is exceptional... and the Cendrine (a type of sweet crepe) :) Lowlights: - Perhaps a daily special galette could be offered? - The waitress's smile is more or less consistent depending on the person (the only time she was friendly was when we were with my sister-in-law, whom she knows). Otherwise, top-notch! BRAVO!

Excellent, Breton word 😍 Very friendly, fast service Family cooking, everything homemade My vegetable, goat cheese, and egg galette was very generous and delicious 🤩🤩🤩 And the artisanal cider.... 18/03/2026: A restaurant located on a sunny square in the old town center, near Gap Cathedral. You can dine on the terrace or inside in a dining room decorated in the style of a French brasserie. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the dishes, mostly made with homemade ingredients, are delicious. Plus, the quality-to-price ratio is excellent. A highly recommended spot!
26/02/2026: A very pleasant establishment right in the heart of Gap. I've been going there for a while now and have had the chance to try, over several visits, a very enjoyable menu with excellent value for money. I'm surprised by this establishment's rating... unfortunately, almost all the negative reviews concern the previous management... Furthermore, the reviews from other people reflect, in my opinion, the strict and biased judgment of some customers who fancy themselves "Top Chef judges" for the duration of a meal... anyway.... This establishment is clean, the food is excellent, the staff is efficient, and the chef creates great dishes. So there you have it... when something is good, you have to say so!!! (also)

Le Tourton des Alpes

15/02/2026: A warm and friendly welcome awaited us upon arrival, immediately putting us at ease. The dining room is truly charming, with vaulted ceilings and lovely exposed stonework, and the bistro-style wooden tables and chairs add a convivial and authentic touch. The dishes are good, simple, and made with artisanal products, which is evident in the flavors, even if the overall experience remains somewhat classic. The plates could perhaps use a little more flair or surprise to make the experience more memorable. We were slightly disappointed with our Shepherd's Platters, where the meat pies seemed to have been "forgotten." With a price reduction of around five euros, the quantity/quality/price ratio would undoubtedly be more balanced. Overall, a pleasant place to sample local products, although for a similar result, you could just as easily fill your basket with gourmet treats directly at the market.
01/02/2026: We had a wonderful meal, congratulations to the chef and thank you for the service and welcome, we will miss being able to eat there again.
