A great place to eat during a visit to Brévent. The staff is friendly, the dishes are simple but very well prepared, the view from the terrace is incredible, and the atmosphere inside is comfortable, modern, and welcoming.

for sure one of the best terrasse of Chamonix resort as you have a full and wide view on the most iconic mountain in Chamonix valley, including mont blanc itself. food as to be improved as it is not at the level the price is, especially the quality of the meat. team is great and it is providing a great service. congrats for that ! please keep it this way !

I had the simmental steak for the main and it was delicious. The staff were really good. I noticed they dealed gracefully with a group of pompous English traders/investment bankers near to my table. I would have been tempted to throw them out if I was in their position.

You're not looking for hotel-quality dining here, are you? I'm just grateful to be able to enjoy a delicious meal with a stunning view. It's a bit pricey for the quality of the food, but you're getting the food, the space, and the view all in one.

Beautiful location and views, but food was expensive and mediocre. The steak we got was poor quality and half of it wasn’t chewable. Hot chocolate and coffee were so so.

Great views and spectacular French fries and beer. Other dishes looked good too. Only thing is incredibly overpriced. Other restaurants in ski resorts (Italy and Austria) are not gouging the food prices. 2ea beers + 2ea fries + gin and tonic = 70euros. ...nice and I understand the location thing...but price yourselves similarly to your competitors within the Alps. Don't gouge food and drinks.

23/02/2026: A very warm and friendly welcome, an enticing menu, quality cuisine, and a cozy atmosphere. It's spacious, yet still manages to feel intimate. It was delicious.
22/02/2026: My children and I were in Chamonix to celebrate my upcoming 60th birthday! Our dinner at La Caleche was our only reservation. We thoroughly enjoyed the raclette & fondue!
