I have known this restaurant for a very long time, its refined and original cuisine is always delicious. The elegant setting 5 minutes from the Town Hall. I really enjoyed the new February menu. The only downside was that the dessert was not up to par with the other dishes, the cheesecake served in a glass looked more like a cheese cream than a cake. Too bad, everything else was great, including a very good wine...

02/04/2024: It was tasty. We enjoyed ourselves from starter to dessert. Very good home cooking, very limited choice and therefore everything is extremely fresh. Bravo for the creativity and the very right seasonings. Sober and elegant presentation, attentive and efficient service with lots of kindness and real smiles. I absolutely recommend and will happily come back for brunch next time.

Yes, the formula may seem excessive but it puts Chef Galvan in the firmament of our culinary experiences, including Michelin stars. We WILL NOT SPOILER this unique gastronomic adventure as discovery is part of the concept of this Chef with extremely rare talent and sensitivity. Let yourself be carried away by the many surprises, improbable and deliciously regressive flavors. Accept the idea that cooking can be stunning and sublime. Forget everything you thought you knew about the concept of dishes or assortments. This tour de force, both technical and gustatory, is the stuff of genius. Eat Galvan and die... of pleasures! THANKS !
