12/09/2026: Incredible. Absolutely fantastic restaurant with every aspect so well thought out. Gorgeous dining room with discreet and beautiful dividers that make every seat feel intimate and special and cut the noise of a huge space. Nice, professional service, at just the right level- never too friendly or familiar, but never too posh. The food, just amazing. It is expensive, but absolutely worth every single penny. You can see, smell, taste and feel the quality in every dish, every bite and the portions are very big, so uncommon in restaurants of this level. The starter alone could have been a full meal, but you really should not stop there, you have to order a main. We eat out a lot and I would estimate the normal portion of fish at other places to be around 150/200 grams max, for sure, what Quai 38 offered was 300/350 grams.... with a delicious and very substantially filling side of vegetables, carbs, sauce. Again, it is not a budget restaurant, but the value you receive, the quantity, quality and presentation and service make it MORE than worth every single penny spent. It's been 24 hours and I am already dreaming of going back. We have tried nearly all the Michelin-starred restaurants in the surrounding area, as well as throughout Europe. This meal was without a doubt in my top five.
