This restaurant is a real gem. Don't be fooled by the unassuming storefront or the slightly worn menus: the place is a true treasure. The menu is short and focused on Tibetan specialties (fried or broth-cooked dumplings, traditional noodles), which guarantees the freshness of the ingredients. Everything is homemade and made to order by the owner, who manages absolutely everything herself—from cooking to serving and even taking payments. A true force of nature! The food is a delight: exquisite dishes, perfectly spiced (chili or not, depending on your preference), very flavorful, and exotic. The icing on the cake: the bill. Less than €40 for three people—the value for money is unbeatable. It's a bit far from my place, but it's a must-visit whenever I'm back in Paris!
